To guarantee your earnings should your vehicle have unexpected downtime due to an accident or theft during a reservation, Owners are automatically opted-in for Vehicle Downtime Coverage. You can gain extra peace of mind during each rental when you pay a small fee of $5/day for trailers and $10/day for trucks and tractors.
When your business elects to leave this coverage applied, your vehicle will earn its daily rental rate until the time it returns or up to 29 days for qualifying downtime events. You will be covered up to $150 per day for trucks and tractors and $75 per day for commercial vans or trailers. This coverage does not cover downtime that results from mechanical failures, and Owners may still be responsible for certain roadside assistance costs.
