Preventative maintenance is the responsibility of the vehicle’s owner. As the Owner of a vehicle, you are responsible for all costs associated with keeping the vehicle in working condition.

Vehicle pick up and drop off are completed all through the platform. Renters are expected to meet you at the designated location for the vehicle at the requested pick up time.

One of the first things you’ll do on account setup is stage a vehicle pick-up location for renters, you can add new pick-up locations at any time.

It’s easy to submit vehicles to be listed on the platform, and you can do it all from a desktop or mobile device using our online platform.

Access the Vehicles section in your account, then select the Rate tab to apply the COOP Smart Rate tool to maximize your earnings. Smart Rate automatically optimizes your listings to attract rentals. If you choose to enter your daily rental price for a vehicle manually, select the custom price option.

On the COOP platform you can change the availability for each vehicle on your account management page.

Owners can download their fuel receipts right on the platform so they can report their International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) each quarter.

Include additional features on your vehicle’s listing to make it more attractive to prospective renters. Add features when you list the vehicle, or edit them by contacting our team.

COOP Smart Rate is an innovative pricing tool that helps you maximize your earnings. COOP Smart Rate dynamically adjusts the rate of your vehicles based on a variety of characteristics like vehicle type, mileage, and market demand.

Promote your vehicles with good photos to get more rentals. We notice that Owners who use real photographs and share what makes their vehicles unique get more rentals.
