Your cards may have been declined for various reasons. Our COOP team generally doesn’t know the specific reason it was declined. Try these common fixes before moving forward:
- Double-check your card information, you can do this from your Manage Payments tab in the Account Management
- Confirm that card has enough funds, for both the daily rental rate and other potential expenses
- Contact your bank to see if they are denying the rental, perhaps due to credit draw limits or out-of-state safety precautions.
If all else fails, try to add a new payment method to your account.
