If another driver was found at fault and you purchased COOP’s physical damage waiver, we’ll work with you to ensure they or their insurance company pays for the damage and recover any money you may have paid toward your deductible. We can’t promise that we’ll always be able to recover your deductible cost from the responsible party but we’ll do our best to make it happen.
