My cargo was damaged in the accident. Does COOP cover cargo damage or loss?
Cargo damage and loss are not covered by COOP’s physical damage waiver. A claim will need to be filed with your cargo insurance provider for any cargo that is lost, damaged, transferred, or removed due to a collision, fire, or striking of a load.
