Once you’ve signed up for COOP and an account has been created, you can sign-in here with your username and password.
Remember that the email you used to register with COOP is also your username.
For an added layer of protection, we use Okta to provide a seamless and secure way to protect your account.
First-time users who do not have Ryder-Okta verification will need to complete the following steps to authenticate a COOP account:
1. Go to your COOP account.
2. On the Ryder-Okta Sign In page, enter your username and click “Next”.
3. Enter your password and click “Verify”.
4. Since this is the first time you are signing in through Okta, your email will need to be verified. Click “Set up” under Email.
5. Use the link or code in your email to verify your email address with Okta.
6. When you’ve verified your email, you’re all set! Okta will sign you into COOP. Continue to use this email and password for all future sign-ins to our platform.
