Earnings are transferred to your bank account via secured direct deposit once your business confirms vehicles have been returned. Mileage will be paid after the vehicles have been returned.

Be sure that your preferred debit card or bank details are correct when you set up payment in your account. 

You can add or change your payment preferences directly from your COOP profile. Whether you are adding a new card or updating your preferred payment methods, just follow these simple steps:  

• Go to Manage Payments in your Account Management.
• Add the credit card or bank account information that you would like to use through our Stripe payment system.

Payments for rentals will be posted within 15 business days for short-term rentals and monthly for long-term rentals.
