How can I delete my account?

If you would like to delete your COOP by Ryder account, here are the steps you should follow:

iOS

1.    Go to Profile

2.    Tap Delete my Account

3.    To confirm, tap Yes, Delete

 

Android

1.    Go to Profile

2.    Tap Delete my Account

3.    To confirm, tap Yes, Delete

4.    Submit your account information

 

Desktop & Mobile Browser

1.    Go to www.coop.com/delete-app-account and fill out the form using the information your company registered with to process your request.

 

*Please be aware:

·   Once a request is processed, personal information will be permanently deleted from our system, except for certain information which is outlined in our Privacy Policy.

·   Once an account is deleted, you will not be able to reactivate or retrieve any data from it.

·   Account deletion may take 2-3 business days to be processed

·   A new account will need to be created if you wish to use COOP again.
