Step Deck Trailers
Also referred to as drop deck trailers, step decks are used for hauling freight weighing 48,000lbs and below. They have two decks, with one lower than the other one. The bottom deck is the main one, with a maximum length of 37ft, while the top one can be as long as 11ft. Step decks usually have maximum widths of 8.6ft, and the bottom deck can carry freight weighing up to 48,000lbs and as tall as 10ft.
Standard Flatbed Trailer
Standard flatbed trailers are popular flatbeds which usually measure about 53ft in length and 8.6ft in width. These flatbed trailers can haul loads of up to 48,000lbs limited to 8.6ft in height. They are designed to reduce the hassle of loading and unloading cargo since it can be loaded from either of the sides or the top.
Stretch Single-Drop Deck
Stretch single-drop deck trailers can haul freight of up to 45,000lbs. The main deck of a stretch single-drop deck can be as long as 63ft and as wide as 8.6ft. The main deck can also carry freight with a maximum height of 10ft while the front deck has a maximum length and width of 10ft and 8.6ft respectively and can haul freight with a maximum height of 8.6ft.
Double Drops
The maximum length for double drops is 29ft, and a maximum legal freight height of 11.6ft. Also, the maximum freight weight for double drop trailers is usually 42,000lbs. The part used to haul freight is known as a well, which connects the front and the back deck of the trailer. The measurements of the front, well, and back deck of the trailer vary in terms of the length, width and height of the freight they carry.

Find Your Vehicles
You can use various filters or speak with our expert team to search for the equipment that perfectly fits your business’s needs. Request to reserve vehicles directly from a mobile device or desktop computer.
Pick-Up
Once at the pick-up location, drivers will upload photos of the vehicle’s condition on the platform and get the keys from the vehicle’s owner to begin a rental and get on the road.
Drop-Off
To complete reservations, simply have drivers return the vehicles to their designated locations, hand off the keys, and upload some return pictures. Pay the daily rate and mileage, and you're done!
