Metallic Floor
There is no sure protection of the loading area as when the truck floor is made of metal. The metallic floor ensures durability and keeps the truck surface free from dents. Metallic floors offer good resistance to liquid products when on transit in case of spillage. This offers a longer life cycle for the cargo area in terms of service.
Wooden Floor
The wooden floor offers just the right space for air circulation for goods that go bad after some time and will need good air circulation during refrigeration to reach the destination in good conditions. While looking at weight reduction, the wooden floor reduces the possible weight that would have been experienced from reinforced metallic flooring. In addition, there is more practicality from wooden floors especially when wood pallets are used to support the cargo. There is space for a forklift to easily load and offload goods without sustaining scratches on the trucks’ floor.
Multiple Temperature Zone
Multiple temperature zones in reefer box trucks for the transportation of commodities that require different temperatures during transits. A multiple temperature zone cargo area in a truck can be divided into three parts. The first part for hauling frozen products, the second zone for goods that should be kept fresh during transport, and the last zone for carrying dry products. The cargo area temperature can be altered depending on the goods and the cargo space can be converted into a single temperature zone. This gives it full customization options for many business uses.

Utility
Utility has customizable reefer trailers and trucks that are sure to offer long service in hauling products requiring temperature regulations. In North America, the 3000R multi-temperature zone trailer is the most sought after and it offers uptime, therefore increasing profitability. The floor is made of 20K duct floor system, giving forklift operators easier maneuverability during offloading and loading of cargo.
Heiwo
Heiwo company is well known for its refrigeration trailers and trucks. With a reduced power draw from the compressor that initially led to high fuel consumption, the new design with less power draw which in turn translates to low fuel consumption. Equipped with reefer system management, the cargo area temperatures are regulated and this reduces the efforts of keeping the compressors running throughout.
