Multi-Temperature Zone Refrigerated Box Truck
The multi-temperature refrigerated box truck has a cargo area that is separated by partitions into zones that can support different temperature levels. Often, these multi-temperature box trucks have larger and more advanced reefer technology systems to support the multiple temperatures, and can even have separate entrances for the different temperature zones, making loading and unloading without disruption to a separate temperature zone easy.
Insulation Box Truck
The insulation box truck is a mix between a traditional box truck and a true refrigerated box truck. This truck doesn’t have the refrigeration technology to support a temperature-controlled cargo unit, but it does come equipped with 50 millimeters of insulation which allows the driver of this truck to transport cool goods for short distances due to the insulation. This type of box truck will not be recommended for frozen or perishable items but can be a great option for personal care products or flower delivery.
Semi-Freezer Box Truck
The semi-freezer box truck is insulated with 75 millimeters of insulation materials and comes equipped with a refrigeration system for keeping cargo freight cool. This variation of refrigerated box truck has “semi” in the name because, despite it having a refrigeration system, this type of reefer is not equipped to store frozen goods. This variation of reefer is best for cooled goods instead.

Fruehauf was founded in 1918 and was acquired by Wabash National in 1997. This means that Fruehauf’s quality and design are inspired by the quality of their parent company. These reefers are available with different options, including tandem and single axles, rear swing or lift doors, and different styles of Thermo King refrigeration technology. “The supply of short-term rental trucks was almost impossible. COOP was able to help by connecting us to equipment Owners that weren’t utilizing their fleets.”
“I like the convenience of being able to pick up the vehicles when I need them, check them out on the app, take pictures, and get on the road.”

Renting a commercial trailer or truck is an efficient way to transport goods for dark stores. As retailers continue to expand operations and offer shoppers more convenience, one trend that has emerged is the rise of dark supermarkets. Warehouse spaces operate primarily as fulfillment centers, without the customer-facing component of a traditional grocery store. Maximize your efficiency in getting products from the warehouse to the customer by renting a commercial trailer or truck. Companies ensure their goods are being transported safely, securely, and with a faster, more reliable delivery experience.
For businesses that deal with auto parts or similar retail operations, transportation is a big factor in growth and profitability. Storing and transporting your goods in a timely and safe manner makes a difference in a competitive market. Renting a commercial trailer or truck is a professional solution that meets the needs of retail businesses. It provides the space to store automotive parts before and during transit and manage logistics. Flexible and affordable contracts make renting a commercial vehicle one of the most convenient ways for your business to grow and thrive.
