High-roofed Cargo Vans
The high-roofed cargo vans are used to transport goods that are taller than standard cargo vans can accommodate. By being taller than the standard cargo van, they have a higher clearance but also a higher cargo space and can carry up to 3,000 lbs. These cargo vans usually seat two people (a driver and a passenger) but can seat three if needed.
Compact Cargo Vans
Compact cargo vans are smaller, more fuel-efficient, and usually run up to 25 mpg. These are the perfect size for your business if you have smaller loads that wouldn’t require a standard cargo van, but have multiple delivery locations per day and want to save money on fuel.
Sprinter Van
Sprinter vans are built to be tough and offer a large cargo space. They are very popular with a variety of safety features and have a reputation for being extremely reliable. If you need a little extra room for your cargo and want a reliable, safe, and comfortable driving experience for your business needs, the Sprinter Van is the way to go.
Ford
Ford has a wide variety of options in many lines of vehicles, including their cargo vans. Ford cargo vans come in three different roof heights: standard, medium, and high. Built with American ingenuity from one of the first automakers in the world, Ford cargo vans are very reliable with two engine options, both of which are efficient. Although similar, the Ford Transit model replaced the E-series in 2005. Ford designed a handful of better features for the Transit to develop the E-series.
Mercedes
The Mercedes Sprinter Van is also one of the most popular cargo vans in the market. Aside from its sleek appearance, the versatility of the Sprinter Van truly sets it apart from the rest of the market. Built with four-wheel drive and two roof options (standard and high roof), the Sprinter Van is a large-cargo van with a torque of 325lb which also gives it the ability to tow heavy trailers.
Ram
The Dodge Ram also has a variety of cargo vans that are frequently rented on COOP. The Ram ProMaster has a unique 65.4 in cargo space capacity, which gives you a lot of room for your cargo. Sprinter vans are well-liked due to their all-wheel-drive feature, but the Ram ProMaster has a front-wheel-drive feature which is great for the snowy or post-snow muddy roads in Bridgeport during the winter months. Built to be tough and durable, the Ram cargo vans are great for hauling heavy loads.
Don't just take our word, hear what COOP customers have to say about our platform.
“The supply of short-term rental trucks was almost impossible. COOP was able to help by connecting us to equipment Owners that weren’t utilizing their fleets.”
“I like the convenience of being able to pick up the vehicles when I need them, check them out on the app, take pictures, and get on the road.”
Transporting goods and cargo from one location to another can be challenging, especially when it comes to ground and road transportation. Renting a commercial trailer or truck can be a huge asset to your business of moving items. Renting provides flexibility to select the best vehicle based on capacity, payload, and fuel economy. By renting commercial trucks or trailers for road transport, you manage logistics more efficiently while freeing up your time to focus on more pressing business matters.
Furniture retailers need cost-effective ways to transport their goods from warehouse distribution to stores, to last mile delivery. Renting a commercial trailer or truck helps furniture retailers easily move inventory from warehouses to storefronts to customers, saving time and money. By taking advantage of renting delivery vehicles, furniture retailers can ensure their customers receive their purchases in excellent condition while also increasing their own efficiency and reducing costs.
In the Hospitality and Tourism Industry, renting commercial trucks and trailers is the fastest way to keep customers happy. This approach is ideal for transporting supplies, furniture, and equipment to and from various hospitality venues. It offers the flexibility to adjust to seasonal demands or special events, ensuring that hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality businesses keep their overhead low.
Many construction companies rely on rented trucks and commercial trailers to move raw materials such as concrete and lumber. However, warehouse and distribution companies involved in the concrete industry also rely on transportation to deliver raw materials and finished products through the production cycle. Having the right vehicle available to rent at the right time lowers cost and keeps deliveries on time.
